About this
On Saturdays and Sundays, we open early for brunch: bread baked that morning, eggs cooked to order, Peruvian tamales, crispy pork belly sandwiches and seasonal fruit.
The coffee is single-origin Peruvian, roasted for us and ground to order. We don't use push-button espresso machines: it takes a minute longer, and you can taste the difference.
