About this
We cook over charcoal and hardwood, never on a flat-top. Steaks, free-range chicken, whole fish of the day and seasonal vegetables all go over the same fire as the meat.
We ask how you'd like it cooked, and we stick to it. If you order medium rare and it comes out more done, we'll replace it, no questions asked: we don't serve an overcooked steak.
