About this
The bar serves ceviche, Peruvian-style crudo, layered potato terrines and hot small plates, portioned for two or three to share. The fish is cut when the ticket comes in, never before.
For drinks, we make our own infusions with seasonal fruit. There are also non-alcoholic options that go beyond soda: purple corn punch, herb lemonades and a fresh drink of the day.
